Terri Lynn’s Weights & Plates Bootcamp is an 8-week program led by our instructor Terri Lynn with options for both beginners and advanced boot campers to jumpstart their fitness journey.

Inferno Pain and Gain HIIT at the Plex

INFERNO PAIN & GAIN BOOTCAMP

Inferno Pain & Gain Bootcamp meets three times a week for four weeks and utilizes advanced HIIT (high-intensity interval training) to push you to your limits.

Healthy Knee Bootcamp

Improve knee, hip, and lower back strength while improving your range of motion. This bootcamp is perfect for people of all ages, athletes, or anyone with chronic knee pain looking to increase mobility.

Water Bootcamp

Our 8-week program led by instructor Terri Lynn. The class takes place in our outdoor lap pool and uses an athletic approach to increase cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, coordination, agility, and muscle strength.
