Terri Lynn’s Weights & Plates Bootcamp

Our Weights & Plates bootcamp is an 8-week program led by our instructor Terri Lynn with options for both beginners and advanced boot campers to jumpstart their fitness journey.

Classes start the first week of January so reserve your spot to lock it in place!

  • (2) 4 week, 3-Day Workout Plans with Instructions
  • (2) Workout Plan Classes
    Weekly Guided Group Training Class
  • (2) One-on-One nutrition consultation & goal setting sessions
  • Nutrition Education Class

Advanced classes start January 4th and beginner classes start January 6th. See you there!
