CrossFit Kids is a unique fitness program designed specifically for children. This program provides a fun and engaging way for children to stay active, healthy, and happy. CrossFit Kids is not just about building strength and endurance, but also about developing important life skills such as teamwork, self-confidence, and discipline.
Safety FirstBook TourAt CrossFit Kids, we prioritize safety above all else. Our coaches are experienced and qualified to work with children, and they are trained to modify workouts based on each child’s individual needs and abilities. We use age-appropriate equipment and movements to ensure that our young athletes are not exposed to any unnecessary risks.Our program focuses on functional movements that mimic movements children perform in their daily lives, such as running, jumping, and crawling. We use games, obstacle courses, and other fun activities to keep kids engaged and motivated. We believe that when fitness is fun, children are more likely to stick with it and develop a lifelong love for exercise.
Life Skills TrainingBook TourAside from physical benefits, CrossFit Kids also helps children develop important life skills. Through our program, children learn how to work together as a team, develop self-confidence, and learn the value of hard work and discipline. We believe that these skills are essential for success in all areas of life, not just in fitness.Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6:00 pm.
