Healthy Knee Bootcamp

Improve knee, hip, and lower back strength while improving your range of motion by joining this Healthy Knee Fitness Bootcamp.

Bodies are made to move, and when we refrain from exercising, our joints can become stiff,  tight, and uncomfortable. Join us to build up these areas together!

This bootcamp is perfect for people of all ages, athletes, or anyone with chronic knee pain looking to increase mobility and begins April 5th and goes through May 12th on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00 am.
