A Plan

A trainer will create a workout plan and schedule, track your progress, and add variety and intensity to your workouts as necessary. All you have to do is show up and eat right! Our trainers will help you keep your workouts consistent and give you nutritional advice to keep you energized and healthy. They will even suggest what group exercise classes will best complement their Personal training program!

Personal Training Packages

We have a plan for everyone!  We offer both junior level and higher level accredited trainers so no matter your budget, you can get the support you need.  Higher-level trainers will bring a few perks including more nutrition, 24/7 advice, at home workout plans and provide higher-level programming to specific needs for the client.

1-on-1 Training

Tier 1: $45/session

Tier 2: $65/session

Small-Group Training

3-10 2x/week: $200/m

3-10 3x/week: $300/m

1-on-1 Yoga
