A trainer will create a workout plan and schedule, track your progress, and add variety and intensity to your workouts as necessary. All you have to do is show up and eat right! Our trainers will help you keep your workouts consistent and give you nutritional advice to keep you energized and healthy. They will even suggest what group exercise classes will best complement their Personal training program!

I am retired and was overweight with no energy, I decided to join The Sportsplex on March 1st, 2022, and have lost 15lbs in a month and a half, have more energy, and feel healthier. I needed a class or group exercise atmosphere to motivate me. The Sportsplex has great classes and instructors that cheer you on in and out of class.
