The Backyard at the Plex features a 25-meter heated lap pool that is open year-round and perfect for winter swimming. The outdoor fitness pool is heated to 90 degrees year-round, making it great for triathlon training, water fitness classes like Plex Aqua Move, and low-impact cardio fitness swimmers.

Mon-Thur: 8am to 6:30pm
Fri: 8am to 4pm
Sat-Sun: closed
Aqua Move
Join in with our passionate group of Plex Aqua Move exercisers in the warm water of our fitness pool! Aqua classes and pool access are included with Plex memberships and are available year-round.
