HIIT

Immersive and high-energy workout

HIIT is designed to challenge you both physically and mentally. The workout is based on High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which means you'll alternate between periods of intense exercise and brief recovery periods. During the class, you can expect to do a variety of exercises such as burpees, squat jumps, push-ups, mountain climbers, and more. The class is led by an instructor who will guide you through each exercise and motivate you to push your limits.
