HIIT

Immersive and high-energy workout
HIIT is designed to challenge you both physically and mentally. The workout is based on High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which means you'll alternate between periods of intense exercise and brief recovery periods. During the class, you can expect to do a variety of exercises such as burpees, squat jumps, push-ups, mountain climbers, and more. The class is led by an instructor who will guide you through each exercise and motivate you to push your limits.

Class ScheduleThe Sportsplex gym provides all the equipment you need for the class, including dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands. The gym also has a spacious and well-ventilated studio, so you can exercise comfortably and safely.
HIIT is a group fitness class is suitable for everyone. The class is challenging, but the instructor will offer modifications to make the exercises more manageable for beginners.
