Class ScheduleOur certified Pilates instructor will guide you through a series of exercises that focus on controlled movements, breath work, and body alignment. You will use your own body weight as resistance to develop long, lean muscles and improve your overall range of motion.
Each class is approximately 60 minutes long and includes a warm-up, a series of mat exercises, and a cool-down. During the class, you will use props such as resistance bands, small weights, and stability balls to deepen your practice and challenge your body.
