I am a Commercial Property Manager and was interested in losing weight, gaining strength, and increasing flexibility. I had reservations about committing and sticking to a set routine but the trainers at The Sportsplex have kept me coming back. I have belonged to many gyms over the years and The Sportsplex is a full-service gym with great trainers and facility. I started training two weeks ago and have lost 6lbs and feel much stronger. Courtney Wright has vast knowledge as a trainer and bodybuilder. Thomas Tillman’s knee building program has helped!
